Newfound get-up-and-go!!

we are finally fixing our go-cart once and for all... and we do it by replacing the piece of crap engine that was on there. the old engine was a four horsepower, and the new one is a whopping eight horse... just wait till we tell john we beat his five horse motor... hee hee hee! :-}
all we need is a clutch and a chain... things i plan to pick up this week sometime. its kind of funny that we dare upgrade so much, given the fact that we were able to milk thirty mph out of the crappy four horse, and now we are going to gear it even more for speed with the new clutch, and we are doubling the power... we might die before the beginning of next year...

30 is childs play!!! we plan to go 60 or 70 with this new engine!
the only problem is that we need a 130 dollar part, and i can't afford that.

Whoa! You guys are crazy! 60 or 70 mph?!! Oh my gosh!! Wow. I'd prbly die,LOL. Is it like enclosed like a car and stuff, or is it open like a 4wheeler?

it is entirely open. no roll cage. no side bars. nuthin. when you sit down, you might as well sit on the ground, but that is what makes it fun! on our short straights, we will probably only reach around forty tho. i did find the part i need for only 60$ + shipping, instead of the 130 dollar one.

its all cool, cause you can only die once. and how bad can it hurt, really? ;-)

LOL, well, see it does sorta hurt. First, you sorta fall off and this huge rock gouges ur heart. Then ur heart would probably hurt, and you'd sorta start to suffocate. And then you slowly die. Or....you fall on the concrete and bust ur head open....but I guess that the pain wouldn't last that long,LOL. I'm jk. : )
